Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Special order items are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to all returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

How to Return
Email info@carolinadental.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Returns that do not meet these conditions or are received after 30 days may not be accepted.
