Pulpdent Embrace WetBond Pit & Fissure Sealant, 1.2 Milliliter Syringe, Natural Shade is used for sealing pits and fissures on etched enamel when moisture control is not completely dry. Embrace WetBond uses a moisture-tolerant, hydrophilic resin system that is designed to bond to slightly moist tooth structure, giving clinicians more flexibility in preventive sealant procedures, and the light-cure material is fluoride releasing and radiopaque, forming a close interface with the tooth to help seal against microleakage.
Each kit contains four 1.2mL syringes in Natural shade, plus 20 applicator tips.
Dental offices ordering pit and fissure sealant from their supplier can buy this Natural shade configuration for its moisture-tolerant chemistry, since no separate bonding agent is required with the WetBond resin system, and the 1.2mL syringe format supports controlled dispensing into occlusal pits and fissures while the included tips provide direct access for precise placement.
Embrace WetBond is formulated with moisture-activated resin technology that allows the material to interact with slightly moist etched enamel rather than requiring a completely desiccated surface. The resin is designed to integrate closely with tooth structure and create smooth margins that help limit gaps at the sealant-tooth interface. It also releases and recharges fluoride and phosphate, adding an ion-releasing feature to its preventive role, and the formulation contains no Bis-GMA, Bisphenol A, or BPA derivatives.
Combined with light-curing capability and radiopacity, these characteristics give Embrace WetBond a distinctive material profile for clinicians who want moisture tolerance without adding a separate bonding-agent step in their preventive sealant workflow.
