Fuji IX GP Extra offers significantly high fluoride release, a faster setting period, and enhanced translucence for maximum aesthetics. The single-step restorative glass ionomer is indicated for Class I, II, and V restorations and as a base or core build-up material.

It chemically adheres to the dentin and enamel without the need for etching and bonding or using rubber dams and undercutting to conserve the tooth. Fuji IX GP Extra has a non-sticky texture and bears authentic glass ionomer characteristics.

It releases high amounts of fluoride and is best used for posterior restorations, producing a durable wear-resistant material upon curing. It is a better alternative to more expensive composites, compomers, or even amalgams.
