Ivoclar Vivadent Multilink Hybrid Abutment Cement Automix Syringe SC HO 0 is used for permanent extraoral cementation during fabrication of hybrid abutments and hybrid abutment crowns. This self-curing hybrid abutment cement is designed to join compatible lithium disilicate glass-ceramic and zirconium oxide ceramic structures to implant bases or sleeves made from titanium, titanium alloy, or compatible zirconium oxide, and the HO 0 shade provides the higher-opacity option within the system, helping control the visual influence of the underlying base while supporting an esthetic transition between the restorative structure and implant component.
Each pack contains one 9g automix syringe in HO 0 shade, plus 15 mixing tips.
Dental offices ordering hybrid abutment cement from their supplier can buy this HO 0 configuration for its self-cure chemistry, which does not depend on curing-light access to complete polymerization, an important consideration when joining opaque restorative structures to implant bases where light cannot reach the bonding interface.
Multilink Hybrid Abutment works as a two-component self-curing luting composite delivered through an automix syringe. As the components pass through the mixing tip, they are blended into a uniform cement ready for application to the prepared bonding surfaces. The material is formulated to provide high bonding strength for permanent assembly of compatible ceramic structures and implant bases, and its HO 0 opacity provides greater masking than the medium-opacity alternative, useful when the restorative design requires increased control over substrate show-through.
This implant abutment luting composite is used with appropriate surface pretreatment for the selected ceramic and base materials, supporting a coordinated bonding protocol for compatible hybrid restorative components in laboratory abutment fabrication.
