Thin-Flex Diamond Discs are designed for carving ceramic and composite materials used for dental restorations, contouring, and shaping surfaces, including embrasures. They utilize the P.B.S. diamond-particle bonding process, which maximizes exposure of the cutting surfaces. The diamond crystals are wrapped around the disc edges, placed evenly in a uniform matrix to avoid 'black marks' during the carving process.

The discs provide a consistent performance of less heat-generating and faster cutting, minimizing patient trauma. They are available in different micron particle #s, single-sided and double-sided discs.
